My personal overview of luxury charter motor yachts in Turkey for different budget & taste.
I decided to share an overview of five beautiful motor yachts that I really like. They are available for charter in my favourite sunny Turkey. Each yacht is different by size, price, and design, so you have options to choose from.
So let’s see what you can hire this summer to sail in the Eastern Mediterranean.

I visited this yacht in 2018 for the first time. It was in Marmaris.
I liked QUEST R and her crew from the first sight. It seems I won’t be able to find any disadvantages in choosing this yacht for a beautiful yachting holiday in Turkey. By the way, QUEST R is also available for rent in other cruising grounds of the Mediterranean.
Me onboard QUEST R motor yacht
First of all, I enjoyed the interior. She was built in 2008, and her refit was performed in 2018. She looks excellent because the owner and the captain love the yacht very much and take good care of her. The interior is very cosy and light. You won’t find heavy dark colours, as it often happens onboard yachts of older age. I had a feeling as if I’m inside some villa in Southern France, where you relax with your body and soul.
4 decks, 2 spacious saloons with comfortable interior design, flowers and painting, a jacuzzi on the upper deck, good dining table with a lounge area behind it for some leisure time after lunch or dinner - QUEST R seems to have it all, including all kinds of media entertainment facilities. There’s also a good choice of water toys available onboard.
Captain Omer and his team are very attentive, helpful, friendly and professional. I have zero doubts that the clients may have a lack of fantastic service. On the contrary, the crew knows exactly how to treat high profile guests who step onboard QUEST R motor yacht.
The stewardess speaks the Russian language if that’s handy for your group. I enjoyed our conversation with Alyona. I know guests will be taken care of every second of their charter.
I honestly don’t know if I can say anything about QUEST R that would stop you from renting her. I liked everything about her and the team. I know nowadays clients are looking for younger yachts. QUEST R motor yacht was built in 2008, so that could be an issue. However, she is in excellent condition, and she has a timeless interior design that makes you feel good.

I know ARCHSEA yacht very well. I've been onboard many times, met the crew, did their profile for the guests, took photos of the team.
ARCHSEA is based in Bodrum. She has a permanent crew. She is relatively new to the charter market. Her owner decided to charter her out in 2018. Before that, she’s been completely private and was based in Antalya. By the way, she is a Turkish boat built in Antalya by HG Yachting. Turkey is one of the top yacht building countries in the world.
Since the yacht wasn’t used much, she looks like new. Plus her captain keeps ARCHSEA always in the best condition.
She is not a big yacht, but quite spacious. She has 5 cabins in total: 1 master, 1 VIP, 2 twins, and 1 single.
ARCHSEA features a very nice flybridge with 360* panoramic view, a Jacuzzi, and a dining table. It’s one of the most favourite places where guests spend their time when not swimming or exploring the local towns and historical sites. The upper deck area is the best for watching the starlit sky during the dinner or after - with cocktails and lounge music on.
The crew is very caring, friendly and nice. They are quite modest and fit perfectly for the guests who value privacy and discreet atmosphere.
Captain Mehmet speaks English well enough to talk with clients about their plans, preferences and to organize their onshore activities. The rest of the crew doesn’t speak the language well, however, they understand. Plus if there are any questions during the charter, you can always contact me, and I’ll make sure that all is clear and running well. Usually, there’s no need for that, but just in case - you should know that you have a 24/7 connection with a charter specialist whom you can contact at any time.
You can charter ARCHSEA motor yacht from Bodrum and cruise to the Greek islands, then visit amazing Datca, Hisaronu Gulf, Marmaris, Dalyan, Gocek, Fethiye. You can stay near Bodrum and spend luxurious time in Yalikavak, Golturkbuku - some of the chicest summer towns in Turkey.
I like the interior of ARCHSEA for its light colours. For this price, she offers very good accommodation and service.

I have been onboard the super-luxury motor yacht LA PASSION only once. So it is fair to say I know her the least. However, how can I not speak about such a gorgeous yacht for rent?
My visit occurred in the fall of 2018 when the season was already over in Turkey. The crew was busy with maintenance of the yacht and some other daily activities. I had a chance to speak to several crew members. As it usually happens onboard such yacht, crew members are very professional.
46-m long LA PASSION motor yacht has amazing interior design. It is stylish and cosy at the same time. This is an award-winning yacht. And she is worthy of all the awards she took (at least 8). Well, I fell in love from the first sight. By the way, she was also built in Turkey.
I believe it is not necessary to write long descriptions for such type of yachts. Photos and videos speak louder than words when it comes to a behemoth like this. You can expect that materials used for the interior are of the highest quality. Adam Lay Studio did a great job creating a blend of a loft and a chalet.
LA PASSION has it all including elegant exterior design, a bathtub in the master cabin, hydraulic swimming platform.

Motor yacht BELIZ (previously named PATALYA) is the most modest charter boat in my list of yachts available for rent in Turkey. She is an Italian beauty built by Maiora. Her low season weekly price is 17,500 Euro plus VAT in Turkey and expenses for fuel, food, drinks, private marinas.
She was built in 1998, and in 2010 she underwent a refit. As I mentioned earlier, usually clients are looking for some younger yachts with more modern interior design. However, BELIZ is an excellent yacht for this weekly price. She offers classic comfortable and quality cruise in Turkey under the guidance of a great crew.
I’ve been onboard BELIZ motor yacht several times, talked to the captain Eren. He is an amazing person who speaks excellent English. Captain Eren has been with the yacht for many years. He’s very friendly, he knows the cruising area very well, and I guarantee - you’ll be so happy you charter BELIZ with the captain Eren and his team.
TV, music system, water skis, ringo, snorkelling gear - BELIZ has it all for fun time onboard. If you wish to have a seabob or some special water toy during the charter, it can be rented additionally.
BELIZ isn’t the most economic yacht when it comes to fuel consumption. She is quite fast, cruising from 18 knots per hour and reaching 27 kn/hour.
You can also charter BELIZ motor yacht for a day in Gocek, Bodrum or Marmaris if she’s in one of these ports.

This is the only yacht in my list that I haven’t visited personally. The reason why I write about her because ORIENT STAR motor yacht is on my list to «must-see yachts». Just look at her interior and exterior design. She is so beautiful.
Luxury motor yacht ORIENT STAR spends winter in Turkish Gocek, and in summer she cruises in Turkey, Greece, Croatia.
She is almost fully booked for summer 2020. And it means the yacht is very popular among charterers.
ORIENT STAR was built by CMB Yachts, one more Turkish shipbuilding company based in Antalya. Another great yacht that was built there is SAN LIMI - amazing sailing boat available for charter in Croatia.
I can’t say more about ORIENT STAR as I haven’t been on board. However, if you’re interested, please let me know and I’ll find out more about the yacht or visit her in the nearest future.
So as you see Turkey has some good options for those who wish to have a luxury yacht charter experience in this country. Before I came here in 2010, I had thought that Turkey is famous only for its all-inclusive big hotels. That’s the idea we have in my home country. However, my eyes were opened and I learnt that Turkey is one of the best countries for yachting in the world. It is famous not only for its amazing cruising grounds. Yachts are built here as well - gulets, superyachts, sailing boats.
Later I saw that mega yachts, such as A, DILBAR, FLYING FOX and many others come here to spend some good time in summer months.
Turkish coast hosts famous actors and actresses, world-renowned celebrities, presidents, members of the British royal family, businessmen.
